This equipment is a single use 125 solvent recovery device,
1: In response to the pressure caused by equipment pipeline blockage, a pressure control system and a 1-inch exhaust safety valve have been added to prevent equipment pipeline blockage or human error in opening the vacuum pump, thereby solving safety hazards
2: Updated and adjusted the temperature control system from the original domestic brand to Omron temperature control with Chinese display function. After detecting equipment malfunctions, the fault information is displayed on the device screen with an accurate temperature of within 1 degree Celsius. The control system upgrade is more stable
3: In response to the change in temperature control protection for the third device inside the electrical box, the previous knob type temperature control will experience copper oxidation after one year, resulting in ineffective device protection. The modified device now includes an electronic temperature control system with digital display (temperature sensor and thermostat) and dual temperature control system.
4: This device has been updated to address the difficulty of dumping residue on older devices. It uses a 1:300 gearbox for easy dumping, allowing even a girl to easily dump the device to remove slag.
